EVENT LIVE STREAM PRODUCTION
EVENT LIVE STREAMING
Livestream your event in adaptive bitrate HD to a global audience. We provide a full-service livestreaming solution – cameras, vision mix, sound. Our reliable, affordable and scalable portable production units (PPUs) and professional crew guarantee a standout experience for your audience.
RELIABLE TEMPORARY INTERNET
No internet connection? No problem. We have a range of bonded LTE connections or satellite solutions that means your livestream gets delivered reliably from (almost!) anywhere.
PTZs OR OPERATED CAMERAS
Depending on the type of event we’ll recommend either remotely operated cameras (PTZs) or standard broadcast cameras with professional operators. PTZs are great for locations with limited access or space as they can be installed where traditional cameras can’t.
RECENT LIVE STREAM EVENT PROJECTS
studio production / international production / live stream
Biting the hand that feed I.T for over 25 years, ‘The Register’ is the world’s most popular destination for the IT news. They approached Kinura in 2018 to help them refine their video content workflows. Since then, Kinura has been providing studio & on-site live stream production in the US and Australia, remote broadcast support and pretty much anything else you can think of.
HUXLEY SUMMIT / RSC
onsite production / social media live stream
The Huxley Summit is a one-day thought leadership event that brings together business leaders, scientists, policy-makers and opinion-formers to discuss key scientific and social challenges facing the UK in the 21st century’. Kinura were approached by the RSC to help bring the event to a wider audience with a full onsite production going live to Facebook.
outside broadcast / temporary bandwidth / social media livestream
Kinura helped the AA produce and live stream a 24 hour endurance social media event on location in the Lake District. This was a real technical challenge needing 100% wireless mobile production units in tricky locations and an offsite MCR to mix feeds and graphics. It was fun, but we needed a lot of batteries.
onsite broadcast / social media live stream / international production
Every year Adecco selects a single member of staff to run the business for a month (they get help obviously). The ‘CEO for One Month’ competition finale, where the winner is selected from the final 10 candidates selected is broadcast company-wide using Facebook Live stream from their HQ’s in Zurich & London. Kinura provided onsite production and encoding

LIVE STREAM PRE-PRODUCTION
Once we know where and when your
Speaking to the venue staff and arranging site visits let us make recommendations as to how to make your stream look great. We’ll talk to the AV companies looking after the in-room experience. If you’re already working with a venue then we’ll work with them to make sure you’re not booking extra resources.
If you need pre-event testing for your audience we’ll arrange that too.
DURING THE LIVE STREAM
Our expert technicians and experienced event livestreaming producers & camera crew let you focus on your event while we organise the logistics.
You’ll be in charge of the action and can choose when to mix Twitter feeds, Facebook Live Reaction polls, PowerPoint slides and VT content.
The internet connection provided by the venue is crucial to the reliable delivery of your livestream. We have tested this ahead of the event but we’ll provide our own bonded 4G backup connection too – it’s included and there’s no extra charge for bandwidth.
POST LIVE STREAM
We’ll already have discussed how you want to distribute the recording at the pre-planning stage. Our job is to make that happen as quickly as possible.
In most cases, we’ll be able to upload an on-demand version to your OVP (online video platform such as YouTube or Facebook) before we’ve left the venue. We’ll also keep a hi-res copy on secure storage in case you want to repurpose the content later.
You’ll also want to know how your
